The Letters of Peter

(Mondays at 6 p.m. August 18 – October 6)

This course will teach participants the theological themes, historical context, and present-day application of First and Second Peter. Through a verse-by-verse examination of the Petrine epistles, participants will find foundational truths of the Christian faith, encouragements for daily living despite trials, and the sufficiency of the grace of God as given through Jesus Christ.

The Life and Ministry of Jesus

(Mondays at 6 p.m. October 20 – December 8)

Rarely do we find a comprehensive study on the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. Sometimes the task seems too daunting. This course is designed to give students a survey of the life of Jesus using a harmonious approach with the Gospel narratives. From his pre-incarnate ministry to his ascension this survey will examine the various highlights of his life and ministry for students to better understand our commitment to him through our Christian witness.
